Rep. Juan Ciscomani Triumphs in Debate Over Out-of-Touch Opponent Kirsten Engel

TUCSON — Tonight, Congressman Juan Ciscomani secured a decisive victory in the heated debate against his opponent, Kirsten Engel, whose extreme policies once again proved out-of-touch with the needs of Arizona’s 6th Congressional District.

Throughout the debate, Rep. Ciscomani demonstrated his deep understanding of the issues that matter most to the residents of Arizona’s 6th Congressional District. His strong stance on securing our borders, adequately resourcing law enforcement and border patrol, and his work around our most precious resource, water.

"Kirsten Engel's continued denial of the immigration crisis and her support for defunding the police do not align with the values of our community," said Rep. Ciscomani. "Our district is on the frontline of the immigration crisis, so it’s crucial that we have policies in place and resources available to protect our community."

In his tenure, Congressman Ciscomani has successfully secured millions in federal funding for the district from water to roads to police departments, collaborating with both parties to ensure the district’s needs were met. "These funds have been instrumental in enhancing our community’s infrastructure water and roads, public safety, and educational programs," Rep. Ciscomani highlighted during the debate.

Tonight's debate highlighted a clear choice between Juan Ciscomani’s effective, results-oriented leadership and Kirsten Engel’s alignment with radical, out-of-touch ideologies. As the general election approaches, Rep. Ciscomani remains the clear choice to represent and fight for Arizona’s 6th Congressional District.
