  • Juan worked to honor the service of our veterans and expand opportunities for military veterans to achieve the dream of homeownership. He has also led to expand veteran education benefits and ensure veteran surviving families receive their promised benefits.

  • Juan has consistently supported tax relief to help Arizonans keep more of what they earn and combat rising costs, which includes eliminating taxes on tips, overtime, and Social Security.

  • In just his first three years in Congress, Juan secured more than $60 million for local community projects across Southern Arizona. These investments are helping fund critical infrastructure, public safety, transportation projects, airport upgrades, bridge repairs and community needs throughout the district.


    Projects include:

    • Improvements at the Bisbee-Douglas International Airport

    • New public safety vehicles and equipment for Sahuarita, Marana, Tucson and Cochise County

    • Critical bridge and roadway repairs throughout all 5 counties

    • Water and infrastructure improvements throughout the district

  • Juan advocated for and secured a new military mission for Fort Huachuca, protecting jobs, strengthening our national security, and ensuring Southern Arizona remains a critical part of America's defense infrastructure.

  • Juan has focused on expanding access to health care in rural communities, supporting targeted medical research, and delivering record funding for cancer research. At the same time, he has worked to improve oversight and root out waste, fraud, and abuse to ensure taxpayer dollars are being used responsibly.

  • Juan supported the largest investment in cancer research in American history, helping accelerate breakthroughs and lifesaving treatments.

  • Juan fought for record funding for women's health research, helping ensure better prevention, treatment and care for women and families.

  • Juan supported more than $100 million in Alzheimer's research funding to help find treatments, support families and move closer to a cure.

  • Juan is recognized as one of the most bipartisan members of Congress by the nonpartisan Lugar Center because he believes solving problems is more important than scoring political points. He has built a reputation for working across party lines to deliver real results on issues that matter to Arizona families.
