FEC Reports Show Ciscomani Holding Nearly $1 Million Cash-on-Hand Advantage Over Mendoza

TUCSON - Newly filed Federal Election Commission (FEC) reports show Congressman Juan Ciscomani entering the final four months of the 2026 campaign with nearly $1 million more cash on hand than Democrat JoAnna Mendoza.

According to newly filed Federal Election Commission (FEC) reports:

  • JoAnna Mendoza spent $2,264,183 in the second quarter — a 112% burn rate — ending the quarter with $3,260,752 cash on hand. Mendoza spent more money than she brought in.

  • Rep. Juan Ciscomani reported $785,888 in disbursements during the reporting period, ending the quarter with $4,135,163 cash on hand.

"Entering the final months of the campaign with nearly $1 million more cash on hand provides a significant advantage as we head toward Election Day,” said Daniel Scarpinato, General Consultant for the Ciscomani campaign. “While Mendoza’s campaign is on a massive spending spree with little to show for it, Congressman Ciscomani’s strong financial support, coupled with disciplined financial management, provides him with a significant cash-on-hand advantage heading into an important period of voter contact.”
